MATERIALS
DeWitt Plastics offers a variety of standard materials. Each has certain characteristics which make it suitable for specific applications.

• Modified Acrylic- highly durable with very good clarity. Resistant to most chemicals.
• Butadiene Styrene Polymer- clear and very strong. Very effective in volume packaging applications.
• Conductive Polypropylene- Specially compounded polypropylene uses carbon fiber technology to ensure effective static dissipation and charge distribution.
• Clarified Polypropylene- Virtually unbreakable. High heat resistance. Is not glass clear, but offers very good clarity.
• PETG- Flexible, crystal clear, and extremely durable plastic used exclusively in our Lightweight Line.

CUSTOM NEEDS
Nearly all of the Lite-Tuff boxes can be customized in response to your requirements. Unique compartment configurations, colors, and imprinting are available.

• Injection Molded Boxes- Modular tooling cores allow DeWitt to create alternate, non-stock designs or complete new mold inserts at a fraction of the cost of a new mold.  Minimum quantity order on non-standard boxes is 500 units.
• Lightweight Boxes- Every Lightweight box can be ordered with special compartment layouts without a mold charge. Determine the layout which will work best and we will make it for you. The only requirement is that all partitions must intersect.
• Special Colors- DeWitt's goal is to provide solutions to your plastic box needs. We have access to a full range of colors and tints to create a product which is uniquely yours.
• Decorating- We can hot stamp or pad print nearly all of the DeWitt Lite-Tuff boxes. All we require is your reproducible camera-ready artwork.
• Custom Inserts- If your application requires a custom insert, fax a sketch or send a sample of your product, tell us which box you will be using, and we will provide you a quote. Vacuum formed or die cut foam inserts are available.
