Plastic BoxesWhat is your lead time? Stock boxes are shipped within three business days. Please contact Customer Service for details regarding out of stock or custom requirements.
How does your product ship? Dewitt makes every effort to ensure that your product ships via the most economic means. We use UPS and a select group of LTL truck carriers. If you have specific routing requirements, we will work with you to the best of our abilities.
What is the best material for my boxes? Dewitt offers several standard materials, each with unique characteristics. Review the material information provided under Plastic Compartmented Boxes. Other materials may be considered. Please contact us with your specific needs.
Can my boxes be molded in color? Yes, although minimum quantities will be required. Contact us with your requirements.
Do you offer custom boxes? Dewitt will consider your custom requirements. Please let us know your needs and we will provide you with a quotation.
Can Dewitt provide specialized inserts for my boxes? Yes. We can source or produce all kinds of inserts to meet your needs, whether you need foam or even custom vacuum formed inserts designed specifically for your parts.
Is it possible for my logo to appear on my boxes? Yes. We offer several printing options, depending on the size and complexity of your logo. Contact Customer Service for recommendations. Acceptable art file formats are eps, ai, or pdf, created in Illustrator or CorelDRAW. Must be vector graphics.
Shoe Display ProductsWhat is your lead time? We make every effort to ship standard product within three business days. Any products requiring custom designs, colors, or logos will be quoted following our review of your requirements.

Can my shoe displays be produced in a special color? Yes, although minimum quantities will be required. Whether you are considering our plastic shoe display products, or our wood displays, we will work with you on your color needs. Contact us with your requirements.
Do you offer custom shoe display products? Dewitt will gladly review your custom requirements. Please let us know your needs and we will provide you with a quotation.
Is it possible to include my logo or other brand identification? Yes. We offer numerous options to address this need. Please contact Customer Service to discuss your requirements.

Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Net 30 days with prior credit approval.
- Credit card. Initial orders under $400 require credit card.
- Shipments are FOB factory, Auburn, NY, freight collect unless prior arrangements are made.
- All returns require prior written authorization. Shipments will be refused without prior authorization. Contact Customer Service to obtain authorization.
- Custom products are not subject to return for reasons other than quality claims.
- A 15% restocking fee will applied to returned product.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid.
